The Allen Orbital Lattice (AOL) provides a minimally sufficient substrate for curvature, resonance, and discrete structure; Phase Alignment Lock (PAL) defines ignition of coherent events from pre-alignment states; and a biologically measured conduction constant \(\tau = 71.2 \pm 3.9\) ms establishes scale-bridging periodicity. Empirical overlays in cosmology (CMBR anisotropy structure), spectral correspondences for number theory (operator modeling aligned with Gaussian Unitary Ensemble statistics), and timing governance in cognition support a unified coherence model. This overview consolidates current status, empirical hooks, and a short roadmap.
