QUART / IIC transport architecture — rendering, light transport and reactive negotiation

A working PFT visual model of transport across persistent layers. Two local rendered identities occupy only a small part of the available architecture. Light patterns traverse the N / S / E / W interlayer directions. The outer QUART shell is used here as Reactive Negotiation Space; local contact produces a provisional excitation response rather than identity merger.
